KEY DEPOSIT $10.00 Key Deposit (reimbursed upon return of key) CANCELLATION FEE There will be an administrative fee of $50.00 for cancellations. 50% will be reimbursed for cancellations made in the week prior to camp meeting. Reimbursement will be made after camp meeting is over. DEPOSITS REQUIRED For camp meeting reservations a $50.00 deposit is required. Account must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the scheduled camp meeting. FOOD SERVICE For food service reservations 50% of the anticipated charges must be paid at least five (5) days prior to date of use. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS If this application is accepted, we agree to abide by all camp policies, to assume full responsibility for our group and not hold Camp Berkshire liable for any damage, loss of property or injury to persons while on camp property.
